WSBA Equipment

As a resource for race promoters, here is a complete equipment list that the WSBA has to offer as a Word doc. This may be used as a checklist of things promoters may need for their events.  Checkout the WSBA Equipment Checklist for a complete invenotry of equipment that is available.

WSBA Equipment Fees

The promoter will pay a flat rental fee per event depending on how much equipment is needed and from which inventory supply (Western Wa or Eastern  Wa) event pulls from. 

Small Use - Criterium or TT that just uses the numbers and radios and a few signs
Small Use Dirt - Gravel/Cross/MTB that need radios and a few signs
Medium Use - Road Races & TT that use the above plus the signs and car equipment
Large Use - Stage Races that are multiple days and use all the equipment.
Other - Unique rental packages created for events that don't  fall into the standard groupings above. 

To Arrange for WSBA equipment rental, please go to this page to reserve the equipment package/offering that you need for your event so we have the items held.  The equipment manager will contact you to coordinate specific day/times that you can pick up your reserved equipment. 

We will invoice you from this reservation request with payment due 15 days after your event date. 

Fencing

Metal Fence rental (not part of the WSBA equipment) can be arranged by contacting David Wamsley at [email protected]t. It is stored in Burien and pickup should be coordinated, cost is $100. Delivery and pickup can be had for a separate charge.
