The 2024 Annual Meeting will take place on Monday, December 16th. It will be from 7-8 PM on Microsoft Teams. A link will be shared in email, on the WSBA site and on Slack prior to the meeting along with an agenda. Each WSBA racing team should send one representative, and each team will have one vote for any initiatives, changes, board elections as needed.

We announced in email several roles that are open, and they include the following, and the board is actively searching for these roles:
1. The next WSBA President (plan to take over in 2026, if the board votes to keep the current leadership for 2025), this is planned as a 3 year role, but voted in each year after the annual meeting by the board. Please email the WSBA President if you are interested.
2. Officials Director, manages the regions officials and liaises with USAC This is a Board position.
3. Equipment Manager - store, check in, check out and maintain our equipment. There is a stipend with this role.
4. WSBA Membership Coordinator, sends out annual race numbers and answers membership questions. There is a stipend with this role.
5. Pro-bono design work
