Taco Time NW Racing

Team Description:
Taco Time NW Racing is an all-inclusive, all-discipline bicycle racing team.  Our team members range in age from 30 to 74, and though we race the spectrum of categories we are primarily a Masters Cat 3/Cat 4 team.  We take pride in welcoming, and mentoring new racers.  Despite being one of the largest team in the area we are very close knit and ride/socialize together weekly.

Over the past two years our team has been especially competitive in the Cyclocross and mountain disciplines, with numerous Cyclocross Nationals appearances and an MFG Series Championship.

Ride Locations/Details:
We are one of the few teams in the region committed to weekly off-season training rides.
We meet every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM for social time with a 9:30 roll-out.
Currently the start/end location for our team rides rotates between Leschi, Kirkland, Renton and Bothell.

The team also has a selection of weeknight punchy race pace rides.

Other Team Commitments:
Team members are asked to race in a minimum of 10 events per season (Nov 1-Oct 31).
Members are also asked to volunteer at least twice annually (we nave numerous volunteer opportunities).
If a racer completes at least 15 races in a season he/she is eligible for partial reimbursement of race fees.
All team members who have met the 10/2 requirement will receive a team jersey and bib.

Team Dues: $65/year
