*Note that Men & Women Cat 5 cannot earn BARR points in Cat 5 races.  However, they are eligible for points in combined cat 4-5 races.





BARR points:

BARR points are awarded 10 deep at all WSBA championship events, the Tour de Bloom (GC) and 10 deep at all other BARR events (Points are awarded to all people who race, however, only  dues-paying WSBA Member to receive BARR points).

Tie Breaker Rules
In case of a tie on total points, the tie will be broken in favor of the rider who has: (a) The most first place finishes or, if still tied, the most second place finishes, etc., or if still tied; (b) The highest placing in the last race, or the race nearest the last race of the omnium in which at least one of the tied riders placed.  [“omnium” for BARR purposes is defined as all the events comprising the BARR competition]
